Overview
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. The Product Marketing team generates customer insights to inform Stripe's product strategy and leads go-to-market efforts for its suite of products. This role focuses on Radar, where the Product Marketing Manager will shape the product roadmap, own product-level messaging and positioning, create differentiated content, and support product launches.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an early strategic partner on new offerings — shaping product direction, defining target segments, and building the GTM foundation (positioning, packaging, pricing narrative) from zero to one.
- Drive end-to-end product launches, including defining audience segments, gathering user insights, crafting launch narratives, informing pricing and packaging, ensuring cross-functional readiness, and executing launch activities.
- Create differentiated messaging and positioning, equip GTM teams with knowledge and content to sell and market effectively.
- Develop high-impact thought leadership content.
- Work closely with product, sales, data science, pricing, and cross-functional marketing teams to identify new opportunities to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our products and build the right marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing or growth marketing experience at a technology company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience translating technical features into benefits for a technical audience.
- Track record of working cross-functionally across product, sales, and growth teams to drive business outcomes.
Qualifications

- Annual US base salary range: $132,600 - $198,800.
