Overview
Our Product Marketing team’s mission is to generate customer insights that inform Stripe’s product strategy, and lead go-to-market for our suite of products. Product Marketing is a highly cross-functional role at Stripe, partnering closely with Product and Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation and Campaigns to name a few. Different from many other Product Marketing teams, our team works across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch. We also drive both self-serve and sales-sold marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an early strategic partner on new offerings — shaping product direction, defining target segments, and building the GTM foundation (positioning, packaging, pricing narrative) from zero to one.
- Drive end-to-end product launches, including define audience segments, gather user insights, craft launch narratives, inform pricing and packaging, ensure cross-functional readiness, and execute launch activities.
- Develop differentiated messaging and positioning, equip GTM teams with knowledge and content to sell and market effectively.
- Create high-impact thought leadership content.
- Work closely with product, sales, data science, pricing and cross-functional marketing teams to identify new opportunities to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our products and build the right marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing or growth marketing experience at a technology company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience translating technical features into benefits for a technical audience.
- Track record of working cross-functionally across product, sales, and growth teams to drive business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience serving as an early strategic partner on new offerings.

- Experience developing differentiated messaging and positioning.
- Experience creating high-impact thought leadership content.

Benefits
- The annual US base salary range for this role is $132,600 - $198,800.
- Additional benefits may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
