Key Responsibilities
- Lead new product introductions, including market positioning, segmentation, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and execute commercialization plans to drive product adoption and market growth.
- Support equipment, consumable, and accessory product portfolios throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create and execute strategic marketing plans based on customer, market, and competitive insights.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, sales tools, and customer-facing materials.
- Drive continuous improvement of digital marketing content and online presence.
- Design and deliver educational programs for customers, distributors, and commercial partners.
- Support product training initiatives and ensure stakeholders are equipped to successfully market and utilize products.
- Partner with key customers and clinical users to encourage adoption and utilization.
- Collaborate with distributors and commercial partners to support local market launches and commercial execution.
- Provide marketing guidance and support to ensure alignment with global strategies.
- Help drive revenue growth through strong relationships and effective channel support.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and future product needs.
- Collaborate with clinical experts and key opinion leaders to support product development and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience within medical devices or other highly technical healthcare products.
- Experience launching products and supporting international commercial markets.
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners, and external stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Experience supporting procedural or capital medical equipment.
- PREFERRED: Familiarity with clinical studies, product adoption strategies, and regulatory environments.
- PREFERRED: Experience working with physician stakeholders and clinical opinion leaders.
- PREFERRED: Background in healthcare technology, surgical devices, or other specialized medical markets.
