Product Marketing Manager

About the role

The Product Marketing team at Stripe generates customer insights that inform the company's product strategy and leads go-to-market efforts for its suite of products. The team works closely with Product and Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation and Campaigns, and is responsible for shaping the product, driving launches, and growing adoption for critical products such as Payments Intelligence, Payouts, Tax, Billing, and Link. They also develop go-to-market strategies for key user segments like Enterprises and Startups.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging and positioning for Stripe products or user segments
• Craft campaign-level content and sales enablement assets
• Work with product, partnerships, and partner marketing teams to build marketing strategies aimed at driving awareness, demand, and usage of Stripe’s products
• Enable sales teams to understand the value of Stripe’s products and competitive solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years prior product marketing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience translating technical features into benefits for a technical audience
• Ability to leverage data to proactively identify opportunities and drive impactful results

Pay

The annual US base salary range for this role is $145,000 - $217,600. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
