  • Present market insights, positioning frameworks, and GTM recommendations to cross-functional leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new product launches, features, and major releases tailored for the vertical
  • Define pricing, packaging, and launch success metrics in collaboration with Product and Sales leadership
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing team to ensure marketing activities and events are targeted, relevant, and effective at driving pipeline
  • Track, analyze, and report on GTM success metrics, competitive performance, and market penetration to inform future strategy
  • Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and revenue within assigned verticals
  • Define and create content across the buyer's journey, including case studies, demos, website content, and sales enablement materials
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to provide a complete suite of sales tools, including presentations, vertical-specific pitch decks, competitive intelligence, and product demos
  • Serve as the essential link between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment on product story and go-to-market execution
  • Collaborate with Product to advocate for market and buyer needs in roadmap planning and prioritization
  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to equip them with the tools and knowledge to win in the vertical
  • Maintain accurate records of GTM plans, campaign performance data, competitive research, and market insights
  • Use marketing tools and platforms to manage and track launch status, pipeline impact, and content performance
  • Leverage approved AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, content production, and research workflows
  • Use data, dashboards, and AI-supported insights to monitor GTM performance and identify opportunities early
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline marketing workflows

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling marketing narratives
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with experience using data to inform decisions and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams
  • Takes ownership and drives projects forward without being asked
  • Builds trust through consistency, clear communication, and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
