Product Marketing Manager

Rev.io · Georgia, United States · 1 wk ago
RemoteRemoteMarketingFull-time

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager will own the market story for Rev.io's evolving platform across billing, PSA, payments, security, automation, AI-powered workflows, and embedded digital labor. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Content, and Marketing leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own Rev.io’s upmarket positioning and messaging, with clear ICP, buyer pain, proof, and differentiation for established MSPs, CSPs, telecom providers, security integrators, and technology service providers.
  • Position Revii as embedded digital labor within the Rev.io platform — connecting billing, PSA, RMM, EDR, payments, automation, and customer workflows — not as a standalone AI add-on.
  • Translate major platform releases and future product innovations into value narratives, launch plans, sales enablement, demo stories, objection handling, and proof points that support upmarket value capture.
  • Own product positioning and messaging across key Rev.io product areas, including billing, PSA, payments, integrations, automation, security, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Develop clear value propositions and audience-specific messaging for Rev.io’s target segments and buying committees.
  • Partner with Product Management to plan and execute product launches, feature announcements, release communications, roadmap messaging, launch narratives, internal readiness, and post-launch learning.
  • Create a closed feedback loop with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Demand Generation to turn win/loss patterns, objections, campaign performance, customer proof, and market feedback into sharper messaging and enablement.
  • Convert buyer insights, competitive research, and product feedback into messaging updates, proof assets, talk tracks, battlecards, pitch decks, demo narratives, and objection-handling resources that Sales actually uses.
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to create a consistent product megaphone across social channels, blogs, newsletters, campaigns, and other content formats.
  • Use AI tools to improve marketing workflows, accelerate research, generate content ideas, support messaging development, and scale product marketing output while maintaining accuracy and brand quality.
  • Manage prompt development, prompt refinement, and AI-assisted content workflows to ensure quality, accuracy, brand alignment, and repeatability.
  • Work with Demand Generation to provide the strategic message architecture for campaign themes, landing page copy, webinar angles, nurture content, SEO/GEO strategy, and paid media angles.
  • Build customer proof points, case studies, testimonials, use-case narratives, and evidence-backed stories that support Rev.io’s market positioning.
  • Help maintain consistency across Rev.io’s website, product pages, collateral, social content, and campaign messaging.
  • Track product marketing impact through sales adoption of enablement, message consistency, launch readiness, objection coverage, campaign-message clarity, win/loss insights, product feedback, and contribution to higher-quality opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, vertical SaaS, telecom, MSP, IT services, cybersecurity, or revenue operations technology.
  • Experience positioning complex platforms for multiple buyer types, personas, and market segments.
  • Experience using AI tools for marketing, research, content development, messaging, workflow automation, or go-to-market execution.
  • Strong prompt management skills, including the ability to create, refine, document, and operationalize prompts for repeatable marketing workflows.
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into simple, compelling business narratives.
  • Strong writing skills across sales collateral, web copy, launch messaging, presentations, social content, and campaign content.
  • Experience partnering with product, sales, marketing, customer success, content, and demand generation teams.
  • Familiarity with competitive research, positioning frameworks, launch planning, market intelligence, sales enablement, and win/loss synthesis.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
