Product Marketing Manager
Application Deadline: 31 October 2026
About the role
ProEdge Dental Water Labs is a team of selfless builders focused on customer success, transforming compliance in dental practice into a culture of shared purpose. The ~50‑person team is building trust‑based, value‑driven solutions for patient and staff safety. As Product Marketing Manager you will own the commercial story for every product—defining positioning, claims, evidence, launch processes, and enabling sales and channel partners. You will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with R&D, Quality, Sales, Customer Success, and distribution partners to ensure all market claims are substantiated and differentiated.
Responsibilities
- Own product positioning and the portfolio story, aligning products under company‑level positioning and defining how they relate to each other and to a full compliance program.
- Build and maintain a claims register: capture what is said, the evidence behind it, approvals, and review cadence; work with R&D and Quality to substantiate all public claims.
- Point the R&D team at the arguments you want to win—identify evidence gaps and recommend studies that enable new, defensible claims.
- Own launch and relaunch: create a repeatable process with readiness gates, reposition underperforming products, and advise on pricing and packaging.
- Enable sales and channel: develop value narratives, objection handling, proof points, and enablement material; collaborate with education and creative leads.
- Direct dealer and distribution marketing: decide promotional messaging, allocate promotional weight, and brief creative on channel‑specific needs.
- Know the market and competition: conduct structured win/loss analysis, competitive tracking, and understand differing buyers vs. users; build a feedback channel from market to product.
