Product Marketing Manager

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager at NODA is responsible for owning the product marketing strategy for autonomous orchestration solutions, engaging directly with customers, and managing product launches.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing strategy for autonomous orchestration solutions, including positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
• Engage directly with defense, intelligence, and commercial customers to gather feedback and build market understanding
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans in close coordination with product management and business development
• Build sales enablement materials, demo environments, and technical content that support the full sales cycle
• Manage product launches and coordinate with deployment teams on customer integrations
• Analyze user feedback systematically and translate findings into actionable product improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of product marketing experience
• Working knowledge of the U.S. defense and intelligence market, including key buyers, procurement processes, and industry players
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Military, government, or defense industry experience preferred
• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or robotics preferred
• Demonstrated ability to accelerate product marketing deliverables and automate workstreams with agentic artificial intelligence systems preferred
