Your Impact
The Product Manager is responsible for defining detailed requirements for product, solution, and service development, driven by customer insights and market trends, to optimize value and align with strategic marketing goals, working under limited supervision and broad guidelines.
- Develop detailed product, software, and lifecycle specifications that align with strategic portfolio marketing strategies, ensuring they effectively meet customer needs and contribute to long-term business objectives.
- Guide channel strategies and develop robust go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards and manage the product development lifecycle.
- Responsible for product management of top selling, industry leading public access AED products and accessories.
- Responsible for product management and NPI activities of next generation AED products and accessories currently under development, and NPI launch activities worldwide.
- Develop and maintain value propositions and create business cases to effectively communicate the benefits and justify investments.
- Accountable for business case development & realization.
- Operate with limited supervision and broad guidelines to implement product strategies in markets worldwide, in collaboration with local sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key distribution partners to align their insights and advocacy with product strategy.
- Collaborate extensively with regional cross-functional teams to develop robust go-to-market plans that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- MBA a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience, in a regulatory industry is a plus.
- Adeptly manage multiple priorities from multiple stakeholders with no day the same as the next.
- Create and execute plans with milestones to accomplish multi-step projects and ensure longer-term projects get done despite daily demands of your time.
- Apply AI/ML tools (e.g., generative AI, analytics) to accelerate insights, inform decision-making, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams to execute product development and lifecycle activities.
- Support and execute go-to-market strategies, including development of marketing content, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
- Create impactful marketing content, including digital and video assets, that clearly communicate differentiated customer value.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making, communication, and influence skills, effectively conveying complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate across global markets and support limited travel (~5%).
Pay
The pay range for this position is $106,000 to $170,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus may be offered. At Heartstream, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
