About the role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own product launches, create compelling customer stories, and develop sales collateral. This role requires excellent storytelling skills, experience in technical product marketing, and the ability to distill complex technical products into clear, benefit-driven messaging.
Responsibilities
- Own product launches, including strategy, messaging & positioning, and key assets like blogs and landing pages
- Create compelling customer stories across multiple media — video, longform content, event talks, photography — built on deep, genuine relationships with the people using Devin
- Produce one-pagers, solution briefs, battlecards, slide decks, and industry-specific materials — grounded in real customer results
- Develop and maintain core messaging and positioning, competitive narratives, and persona-specific frameworks
- Build co-marketing campaigns with customers that benefit both sides and generate reusable proof points for sales
- Partner with Revenue Marketing and Growth to amplify content across events, email, and paid digital channels
- Manage production agencies for campaign and content creation
- Shepherd customer stories across the finish line and enable reps on using stories and collateral to close deals
- Work closely with sales reps to understand their needs and turn around collateral fast
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal storytelling abilities
- Track record of creating compelling content across mediums — customer stories, one-pagers, decks, landing pages
- Experience creating sales collateral that reps actually use
- Genuine curiosity about technical topics and ability to ramp quickly
- Comfort with rapid iteration: drafting a landing page or one-pager in hours, not weeks
- Basic design sensibility (you'll work with designers, but you should be able to mock up or critique a layout)
- Highly organized and good at wrangling stakeholders
- Desire to work hard
- Willingness to travel onsite to customers for shoots, around the US and internationally
