About the Role
As the Product Manager - VFD, you'll be pivotal in driving the growth and success of the VFD and power quality business within a world-class organization. You'll strategize and implement market-driven initiatives, guiding teams to address technical selling challenges and operational needs. Qualifications
- BS in an Engineering field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in the industrial automation industry
- Strong selling skills and customer-facing experience
- Hands-on technical experience with factory automation environments, process control sub-markets, motor control technology, control loops, variable speed control, VFD technology, power filtering, and conditioning
- Hands-on technical expertise with products from Delta, ABB, Siemens, Rockwell, Yaskawa, Danfoss, Omron, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Nidec, Lenze, or Invertek (highly preferred)
- Understanding of UL, CE, TUV, safety standards, and industrial networks (E/IP, ECAT, PROFINET, etc.) (nice to have)

Annual salary range: $100,000 – $148,000 USD
