Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning through execution and performance against financial and operational targets
- Manage a global product line, optimizing positioning and profitability in partnership with regional commercial teams
- Develop and execute global pricing, positioning, and portfolio strategies aligned to market segments and channel needs
- Build and present business cases to support capital investment decisions and resource allocation
- Lead stage-gate processes to ensure alignment to cost, quality, feature, and timing objectives, and support commercialization efforts
- Maintain deep understanding of product technologies, competitors, market dynamics, and distribution channels
- Conduct voice-of-customer activities and translate insights into actionable product and business strategies
- Identify and drive strategic growth initiatives supported by clear roadmaps and KPIs
- Collaborate across a global, matrixed organization; lead through influence and build strong cross-functional partnerships

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or related field required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience across product management, business development, sales, application engineering, or related disciplines
- Proven ability to position product lines for long-term growth
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, including international travel
Pay & Benefits
- Full-Time
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
- Bonus Eligible
