What You'll Do

Focus on product roadmap and feature implementations, maintain, and optimize overall Timekeeping system, pay rule configurations, leave and accrual policies, scheduling and compliance rules in a global setting.

Evaluate technology options that will help enhance the capabilities of the current HR Tech stack to meet the needs of the business.

Ability to vision a cohesive user experience across multiple systems and processes. Expertise with system integrations, API, system architecture principles that will allow to scale and secure data integrations.

Continuously assess and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and user experience of HR platforms. Leverage data and analytics to assess the performance of HR technologies and make data-driven decisions for improvements.

Work with engineering team to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs, but considers future growth scenarios.

Define a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to analyze them and utilize them in decision making processes.

Prioritize between existing versus new customers, and between features, architectural improvements and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product development and in shipping quality products that had customer impact with evidence of exceptional ability.
  • Experience in enterprise HR and Payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP.
  • Experience in system implementation, integrations, deployments, Web services and reporting.
  • Strong experience in gathering business requirements, documentation, user stories, functional specifications and building system design with Engineering teams.
  • A strong grasp of Payroll, Timekeeping functions and procedures especially in Time Tracking, Leave of Absence, Scheduling and Payroll calculations in a global setting.
  • Define a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to analyze them and utilize them in decision making processes.
  • Prioritize between existing versus new implementations, and between features, architectural improvements and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions.
