Responsibilities
- Maintains issues log and project schedule, and assures adequate project staffing.
- Conducts meetings with appropriate JHS staff to discuss project status, progress, issues, and to ensure project milestones are delivered.
- Creates and maintains documentation for PMO standards and processes.
- Proactively identifies market opportunities, performs competitive analysis and captures product feedback from customers.
- Gathers market and customer requirements.
- Clearly defines the business value, objectives and Key Results (KPI's) to the product team and drives to product success based on key metrics.
- Drives alignment across cross-functional teams and create clarity in the face of ambiguity.
- Collects, curates, and promotes the most relevant ideas into features.
- Manages features and dependencies in and across releases.
- Manages releases with phases and milestones.
- Demonstrates behaviors of service excellence and CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Expertise).
Requirements
- Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
- Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment.
- Knowledge and skill in use of job appropriate technology and software applications.
