About the role
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and roadmap for Observability, Management, and AI-driven operations. The role will define requirements for a converged full-stack observability platform across metrics, traces, and logs, while delivering AI-powered experiences such as conversational assistants, intelligent investigations, and an Observability AI Agent for automated troubleshooting and remediation. The role partners closely with engineering, AI, customers, and go-to-market teams to deliver innovative, enterprise-scale cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs and OCI Observability & Management priorities.
- Define requirements for a converged, full-stack observability platform that unifies metrics, traces, and logs to deliver end-to-end visibility across applications and infrastructure.
- Lead the product lifecycle from customer use cases and requirements through development, launch, and adoption.
- Drive AI-powered observability experiences, including conversational AI assistants, AI investigations, and agentic troubleshooting.
- Define products such as an Observability AI agent that can investigate incidents, create hypotheses, identify root causes, recommend actions, and automate troubleshooting.
- Partner with engineering and AI teams on LLMs, agent orchestration, tool use, evaluation, and enterprise AI guardrails.
- Enable sales and support teams through product launches, training, content, and customer engagement.
- Build relationships with strategic customers and drive internal and external product adoption.
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of product management, product development, or software engineering experience, including 2–3+ years in product management.
- Experience building large-scale cloud, SaaS, observability, distributed systems, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of full-stack observability, metrics, distributed tracing, logging, telemetry, and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of IaaS/PaaS, cloud operations, containers, Kubernetes, and virtualization.
- Experience building Generative AI, conversational AI, AI assistant, or agentic AI products.
- Experience with AI-driven investigations, automated troubleshooting, SRE, or autonomous operations is highly desirable.
- Strong product leadership, communication, analytical, and executive presentation skills.
Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.
Pay
Hiring range in USD: $91,400 - $187,000 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
