Product Strategy Manager

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous market and competitive research to identify opportunities
• Create actionable strategic briefs for product engineering teams
• Develop and publish the definitive Messaging Playbook and ICP frameworks
• Manage lifecycle strategies, including feature sunsetting and compliance management
• Define and communicate the 6-12 month product strategy roadmap
• Evaluate and adapt product strategies for regional market dynamics
• Model business cases for new product initiatives based on data insights

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Strategy, Management Consulting, or Corporate Strategy in a global tech/SaaS environment
• Proven success in designing and optimizing pricing/packaging strategies
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while considering execution constraints
• Experience with global product scaling, particularly in diverse regions
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills

Pay

$120,000 – $155,000 annually
