Product Manager - ServiceNow

The Manager - Application Development oversees the team responsible for maintaining, integrating, and implementing software applications within the organization. Their key responsibilities include coordinating application configuration management to meet business needs and improve support processes;leading development, testing, and deployment of application updates and fixes;serving as the primary contact for user support and prioritizing enhancement requests;supervising daily technical support activities to ensure business outcomes;collaborating with cross-functional teams, including vendors, to align configurations with standards and project goals;managing incident prioritization and maintaining vendor relationships;monitoring application performance and recommending improvements;driving process improvements for application support; andleading and developing team members to achieve organizational objectives and foster an inclusive environment. Additional duties involve participating in the implementation of ServiceNow’s S2PO platform, configuring modules such as Sourcing, Procurement, and Case Management, and managing integrations with ERPs and third-party systems. Qualifications Include minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, typically 5+ years;at least 4 years of people leadership experience;hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform;proven success in delivering business outcomes using Agile methodologies;experience in IT solutions for supply chain, especially procurement, is preferred.
