Product Manager - ServiceNow

The Manager - Application Development is responsible for leading a team that maintains, integrates, and implements software applications to ensure smooth deployment and updates. Key Duties Include Coordinating application configuration management to meet business needs and improve support processes.Leading development, testing, and deployment of application fixes and updates.Serving as the primary contact for user support and prioritizing enhancement requests.Overseeing daily technical support activities to achieve business outcomes.Managing stakeholder relationships, coaching team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align configurations with project standards.Prioritizing incident tickets and user requests, maintaining vendor relationships, and negotiating contracts.Monitoring application performance and recommending improvements.Implementing process and procedure enhancements for application support.Managing team productivity, providing coaching, feedback, and fostering an inclusive team environment.Participating in the implementation of ServiceNow’s S2PO platform and managing integrations with ERP systems and other applications. Qualifications Include Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years in a leadership role.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.Proven track record of delivering IT solutions aligned with Agile methodologies.Experience in supply chain IT solutions, preferably in procurement.
