About the role
Shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. Influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Own product outcomes and prioritize opportunities in the Onboarding & First Value domain
- Lead discovery efforts to identify customer-centered opportunities for engagement and success
- Collaborate with teams to define what constitutes a meaningful first experience for users
- Utilize evidence from customer research and analytics to inform product decisions and priorities
- Define and enhance onboarding experiences to simplify user engagement with CGM technology
- Help users build confidence in understanding and utilizing their CGM data effectively
- Establish metrics and learning agendas to track user engagement and success
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or consumer software
- Proven ability to drive activation and onboarding experiences through strategic product design
- Strong understanding of customer motivations and how to translate them into product features
- Experience in data-informed decision-making using research and analytics to drive product strategies
- Familiarity with regulated environments, including safety and compliance considerations

Pay
$122,500 – $204,100 annually
