Responsibilities
- Lead product management from ideation to launch, ensuring customer alignment
- Deeply understand customer needs, technology, and business goals
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing features based on research and feedback
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle including implementation and maintenance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into actionable product features
- Guide cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
- Track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Software product management
- 5+ years in designing and building on CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
- Experience with MarTech tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics
- 5+ years working in a collaborative Agile environment with remote teams
- 3+ years managing CRM and Marketing Technology platforms integrated with eCommerce stacks
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams
