Responsibilities

  • Lead product management from ideation to launch, ensuring customer alignment
  • Deeply understand customer needs, technology, and business goals
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing features based on research and feedback
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle including implementation and maintenance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into actionable product features
  • Guide cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
  • Track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Software product management
  • 5+ years in designing and building on CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
  • Experience with MarTech tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics
  • 5+ years working in a collaborative Agile environment with remote teams
  • 3+ years managing CRM and Marketing Technology platforms integrated with eCommerce stacks
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams
