POSITION OVERVIEW – Product Manager IIIThe Product Manager III is responsible for driving data-informed product decisions by analyzing product performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the execution of digital product initiatives. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate key performance metrics, manage A/B testing strategies, develop product insights, and support product launches.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and business acumen with technical expertise in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization to transform complex datasets into actionable recommendations. This individual will play a key role in optimizing digital products through experimentation, performance measurement, and strategic analysis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor, analyze, and identify the underlying drivers behind key product performance metrics (KPIs) and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.Evaluate digital product performance to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.Conduct ad hoc analyses to support personalization initiatives, strategic planning, and new product launches.Partner with Product Managers to drive product and business decisions through data analysis and A/B testing results.Design, monitor, analyze, and optimize A/B testing experiments to measure product performance and user behavior.Analyze the impact of proposed and implemented product enhancements using quantitative data.Support Product Managers in executing roadmap initiatives and delivering product enhancements.Develop, maintain, and manage backend product data pipelines to support reporting and analytics.Lead and execute strategic analytical projects that improve product performance and operational efficiency.Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to ensure data integrity and successful product execution.Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide meaningful business insights to leadership.Research and contribute to API integration initiatives from a Product Management perspective.Identify data quality issues across multiple systems and recommend solutions to improve data accuracy.Present findings and product recommendations to both technical and executive audiences. REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.3–6 years of experience supporting digital products, product analytics, or data-driven product management within a large technology organization.Advanced SQL knowledge with experience querying large datasets and supporting product analytics.Experience using Tableau or other data visualization platforms such as Power BI or MicroStrategy.Strong business analysis and analytical problem-solving skills.Experience developing and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and product performance metrics.Experience designing, monitoring, and analyzing A/B testing experiments.Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or comparable analytics platforms.Experience working with web applications, mobile applications, transaction systems, or digital customer experiences.Knowledge of database design concepts and metadata management.Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues across multiple data sources.Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, UX, and cross-functional business teams.Understanding of API integrations and the Product Management lifecycle.Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts and analytical findings to executive leadership.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently while working in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong project management and organizational skills. WORKING CONDITIONSFully onsite position in Mountain View, CA.Requires extensive computer usage and daily interaction with analytics platforms, databases, and reporting tools.Fast-paced product environment supporting multiple digital initiatives simultaneously.Requires frequent collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Business stakeholders.Must be comfortable presenting analytical findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines and supporting ongoing product launches.
