Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Product Manager for the Conversion Accelerator, owning the end-to-end release lifecycle.
- Strategize and manage the product roadmap, collaborating with Offering Managers, Product Leaders, and Delivery teams.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Champion the adoption of Product Management best practices to optimize product performance and innovation.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, architects, and business analysts.
- Act as a liaison between account teams, project teams, and customers, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
- Ensure effective cross-functional team management to drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drive release planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with SAFe® Agile practices.
- Ensure timely delivery of the product roadmap and alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making to guide product direction and prioritization.
- Apply AI/ML literacy to support intelligent feature development and innovation.
- Lead experimentation and prototyping efforts to validate ideas and navigate uncertainty.
- Bring deep experience in the Insurance industry, especially Life & Annuities.
- Lead data migration and data conversion projects with a focus on quality and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and product management.
- Proven experience in Insurance, data migration, and Agile delivery.
- Strong understanding of insurance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
- Background in AI/ML applications in enterprise software.
- Background in Actuary / Carrier Knowledge / Rates a plus!
- Familiarity with Lean Business Cases and WSJF prioritization.
