Product Manager – Casualty, US Middle Market Workers’ Compensation

AXA XL is seeking a Product Manager to join our Casualty team in the US Middle Market Workers’ Compensation space. This is a permanent contract position offering full-time employment.

  • About the role: The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, including product development, launch, and ongoing management. They will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications
    • Work with external partners to develop and implement new products
    • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain product integrity
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field
    • Experience in the Casualty or Workers’ Compensation industry preferred
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Qualifications:
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience with product development methodologies such as Agile
    • Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance standards
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Casualty and Workers’ Compensation markets
    • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
