• Develops and implements underwriting guidelines and policies
• Manages risk assessment and underwriting processes
• Collaborates with sales teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
• Monitors market trends and competitor activity
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements

Required skills and experience: - Bachelor's degree in finance, actuarial science, or related field - 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance underwriting or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Preferred qualifications: - Professional designations such as CERA, CFP, or similar - Experience with workers' compensation products
