Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager (based in Chicago), you will play a crucial role in technological initiatives and become an integral part of the dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

• Defining and communicating product strategy and roadmaps.
• Keeping abreast of and following technical trends.
• Acting as a technical product champion.
• Capturing and prioritizing business requirements for new products and feature enhancements.
• Managing the product life cycle up to deployment, including deadline management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting on KPIs throughout the process.
• Managing beta and pilot programs for products and services.
• Aiding in the collection of stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities to address the current state and drive necessary change.
• Collaborating with the project management team to ensure milestones are met and stakeholders are kept informed.

• A proven track record of successfully introducing new technologies and services from inception to deployment.
• An analytical mindset capable of operating in ambiguous situations and solving complex problems throughout the product roadmap.
