Product Manager
Scope of Responsibilities
- Lead product management, including product roadmap, feature prioritization, and release planning.
- Document customer and product requirements to drive engineering projects.
- Develop business cases, financial justifications, and goals for new products.
- Define product specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive innovation.
- Evangelize products, communicating roadmaps and value to stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Manage release risks, scope, and quality.
- Cook up with enablement teams for product launch and delivery.
- Support go-to-market activities and training.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of hardware and software development processes.
- Ability to distill complex requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fast learner with strong grasp of technical concepts and business impact.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, independent, and focused on solving complex problems.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and networking skills.
- Skilled in requirements analysis, trade-off management, and MVP definition.
- Proficient in analyzing market trends, financial data, and competitive intelligence.
- Able to build consensus to drive product launch decisions.
Target Base Salary Range
US$110,100 - US$170,200 USD
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with a strong technical background.
- 2+ years of Product Management and 5+ years of technology industry experience.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain required security clearance.
