About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the client login experience, supercharge our security tech, and ensure our digital front door is as seamless as it is bulletproof. If you love diving into user journeys, geeking out over authentication tech, and turning complex security requirements into frictionless digital experiences, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap: Build, articulate, and drive the product strategy for our identity, security, and authentication channels.
- Lead product discovery: Brainstorm with UX, engineering, and business partners to design experiments and build solutions users actually enjoy using.
- Ship great code: Write sharp user stories with ironclad acceptance criteria, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering through agile delivery.
- Know the customer: Dive deep into analytics, run user research, and conduct experiments to understand what makes our clients tick (and what annoys them).
- Manage tech and vendor relationships: Partner with external vendors to upgrade platforms, influence their roadmaps, and integrate next-gen authentication tools.
- Mitigate risk like a boss: Spot security vulnerabilities early, design smart controls, and keep our ecosystem secure without killing the user experience.
- Measure what matters: Track key business indicators (KBIs), monitor production metrics, and make data-informed decisions to continuously improve performance.
- Be the go-to expert: Support internal teams, answer high-level client escalations, and keep stakeholders looped in with clear, consistent communication.
Requirements
- Prior Product Management experience specifically focused on online security, authentication, fraud, or digital identity.
- A proven track record delivering products in an Agile framework (writing stories, release planning, sprint cadence).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills—you love digging into data and user behavior.
- Top-tier communication skills with the ability to align tech teams, vendors, and executives toward a single vision.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the Financial Services industry.
- A genuine passion for fintech, digital privacy, and modern security trends.
- A high comfort level navigating ambiguity and turning high-level goals into concrete plans.
