Product Manager and System Administration

About the role

The Product Manager and System Administration position will manage and provide system administration for one or more payment systems. This will include being the primary contact for vendors, assisting in audits, completing risk assessments, being a payments expert, troubleshooting system issues, implementing system enhancements and being the subject matter expert for other business units.

Responsibilities

• Work with other product managers to provide seamless solutions for internal and external customers and train internal stakeholders on system capabilities.
• As a payments expert, the role requires deep knowledge of ACH, check, real-time payments wire transfers, and treasury operations, with the ability to evaluate system functionality, identify enhancements, and incorporate solutions effectively.
• Evaluate system functionality, identify enhancements, and incorporate solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine product and system improvements that align with business goals.
• Serve as subject matter expert in payments.
• Manage and optimize core banking systems (CSI) encompassing digital banking and retail banking.
• Translate business requirements into system capabilities, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Partner with IT and vendors to ensure systems are functioning optimally and securely.

Requirements

• 5-10 years related experience in banking operations, treasury, or digital banking systems.
• Certified Treasury Professional Accredited ACH Professional.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required.
• Strong expertise in both retail and commercial banking.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products.
