Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to product support team on advanced technical support via phone and e-mail for both internal and external customers in the areas of selection and application.
- Establish and work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize projects and set focus aligning with long-term product roadmap strategy for the business unit.
- Determine the need for onsite application engineering field support.
- Responsible for negotiating with internal and external customers to find mutually beneficial solutions to field problems.
- Participate in industry codes and standards committees to influence industry direction.
- Use knowledge to guide business unit strategy.
- Highlight and communicate key selling points of our current products for delivery to our sales teams and customers.
- Develop, propose, and manage department costs to target budget.
- Maintain and create new relationships with representative network and sales channels on product offering.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience required.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role required.
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree required, in engineering or equivalent years of job experience required.

Greenheck Group offers a competitive total compensation package including base salary and variable compensation based on performance metrics. The starting base pay range for this position is $140,250-$178,453.
