About the role
The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer.
Responsibilities
- Articulate defined product goals in a way that captures attention and compels others to drive action despite obstacles and engaged priorities.
- Lead the building and enhancements of core features of Google's primary agentic learning tools ensuring the platform is reliable, high-performing, and intuitive for hundreds of thousands of Googlers.
- Contribute to the development of AI agents and next-generation UI components, enabling agents to present rich, interactive, and contextual learning in the flow of work.
- Identify and prioritize key opportunities for delivering learning to all Googlers.
- Drive launches, graduations, partnerships, maintenance, and retirement in collaboration with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- Experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML).
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 5 years of experience in product management.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 2 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 1 year of experience in software development or engineering.
Benefits
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $138000 - $198000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
