Location: Charlotte, NC (on-site required 3 days a week)
About the role
Lead the strategy, vision, and enterprise-scale development of the Observe-to-Agent (O2A) platform, transforming video-based process captures into executable workflows and automation code. Define and scale enterprise capabilities, ensuring secure deployment with measurable business value across the organization. Develop and manage the product roadmap and multi-release strategy for the Video-to-Code pipeline and broader agent creation ecosystem. Partner with cross-functional teams to define seamless data transition from capture to agent execution, ensuring compliance and governance standards. Provide strategic guidance and influence stakeholders at all levels, supporting long-term digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital product management or related fields, with a focus on AI or automation capabilities.
- Technical expertise in multimodal machine learning, generative AI workflows, and automation design.
- Proven ability to define and scale enterprise-grade AI or automation solutions.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with experience influencing senior leadership and technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional leadership.
