About the role
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be part of the Product Management department supporting strategic initiatives across multiple business areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully within the organization.
The role is located in Irving, TX.
Responsibilities
Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Product Management. Strategically engage with client personnel to deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring vision, creativity, and advanced analytical thinking. Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Product Management business solutions. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges across multiple areas. Support the development of initiatives that influence product strategies and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
- Significant product management experience in Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated AI and Automation skillsets are preferred.
- Loan origination experience (consumer or commercial) is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
