About the role

The Senior Designer (Figma & UX Design) position is a unique opportunity to directly influence a product that will be utilized by a large enterprise user base and have measurable impact across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to understand business objectives, requirements, and user stories.
• Translate product requirements into intuitive user experiences, workflows, and interface designs.
• Create user-centered solutions that balance business goals, technical constraints, and end-user needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design intent.
• Evaluate and improve existing user experiences by identifying usability challenges and recommending solutions.
• Deliver high-quality UX/UI solutions that support product objectives and improve overall user satisfaction.
• Think from the perspective of the end user while ensuring designs align with organizational goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Figma for UX and UI design creation.
• Create polished PowerPoint presentations to communicate product concepts and design recommendations.
• Work extensively with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Conduct lightweight UX research activities to better understand user needs and pain points.
• Support usability validation and design reviews throughout the product lifecycle.
• Apply accessibility requirements and established design standards to all solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma (required).
• Experience working directly with Product Teams in Agile environments.
• Experience designing new products or significant enhancements to existing products.
• Strong UX and UI design skills with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
• Ability to create: User Flows, Wireframes, Interactive Prototypes, High-Fidelity Mockups, UI Screens and Workflows.
• Experience creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and visual storytelling materials.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Product Managers, Product Owners, and technical teams.
• Ability to understand business requirements and think from the perspective of the end user.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience presenting design concepts and explaining design decisions to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging Figma AI or other AI-assisted design tools to improve productivity and design speed.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale applications.
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience contributing to design systems, reusable components, and UI standards.
• Understanding of accessibility principles and best practices.
• Experience working on high-visibility products with large user populations.
• Experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
