Product Liability Litigation Attorneys
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has excellent opportunities in its Rhode Island office for experienced litigation attorneys to work in the product liability practice group. A minimum of three years of litigation experience is preferred, but all experience levels are welcome to apply.
About the Role
The ideal candidate must be a team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, a strong academic background, and the ability to handle a large caseload, including high-exposure cases nationwide. Preference will be given to candidates with deposition, oral argument, and mediation experience. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Rhode Island.

Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Rhode Island
- Minimum of three years of litigation experience preferred (all levels welcome)
- Strong academic background

Pay
Compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. National base salary ranges are:
- Associates (1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+
