What You'll Do
- Own the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the clinical and prescriber experience, including prescribing workflows, clinician-facing tools, and health system integrations.
- Lead discovery efforts through deep user research, customer interviews, workflow analysis, and stakeholder engagement to identify meaningful problems and opportunities.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to define and deliver solutions that improve usability, efficiency, and adoption for providers and health systems.
- Develop a strong understanding of clinician workflows, pharmacy operations, and EHR ecosystems to inform product decisions and priorities.
- Drive product strategy for integrations with healthcare systems and enterprise customers, ensuring scalable and reliable experiences.
- Collaborate with health system customers, pharmacy leaders, IT stakeholders, and implementation partners to gather feedback and inform roadmap decisions.
- Translate user needs and business objectives into clear product requirements, priorities, success metrics, and execution plans.
- Balance short-term customer needs with long-term product vision and platform scalability.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve user outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to align priorities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Help shape the future direction of the clinical product portfolio while operating with significant autonomy and ownership.
- Contribute to a culture of curiosity, experimentation, continuous learning, and customer obsession.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within healthcare technology, digital health, clinical software, or related regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience owning and delivering clinician-facing, workflow-driven, or integration-heavy healthcare products.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems, EHR platforms, and clinical workflows.
- Deep familiarity with Epic and healthcare system integrations; experience with Epic Willow is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of pharmacy technology, prescribing workflows, medication ordering processes, or healthcare interoperability standards is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to conduct meaningful user research and translate insights into impactful product decisions.
- Strong product discovery skills with a passion for understanding customer problems before defining solutions.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and independently drive product strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort leveraging data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to remain hands-on and deeply involved in product work.
- Demonstrated history of personal growth, intellectual curiosity, and continuous learning.
- Humble, low-ego approach with a collaborative leadership style.
- Experience working with health systems, clinical stakeholders, pharmacy teams, or healthcare IT organizations preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, AI-enabled workflows, or modern product development practices is a plus.
Pay
