- Leverage sharp product thinking and rapid experimentation to launch new product experiences.
- Own product surfaces end-to-end, driving their roadmaps from strategy through execution.
- Run parallel experiments and validate ideas through prototypes, behavioral analysis, and user research.
- Build personally using AI coding tools to prototype and test ideas quickly.
- Lead and execute cross-functionally, partnering with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams.
- Go deep on data, running your own analyses and experiments to guide decisions.
- Build data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement and champion the voice of the user in strategy and prioritization.
Who You Are
- Experienced in product management, either as a founder or with 5+ years of experience at a high-velocity consumer or PLG company.
- Track record of launching and/or growing successful products in 0-to-1 or fast-scaling environments.
- Thrives in ambiguity and building from scratch, with an ownership mindset and the ability to navigate and execute across multiple domains.
- Systems thinker, understanding customer journeys, funnels, and feedback loops, and having a deep understanding of product-led growth and retention levers.
- Technically fluent, comfortable working closely with engineering teams, and able to synthesize technical tradeoffs.
- Data-driven, using metrics, experimentation, and user insights to guide decisions.
- User-centric, building real understanding of how customers experience the product through interviews, usage data, and frontline feedback.
- Decision-oriented, knowing when there's enough signal to move and helping others clarify thinking, sharpen hypotheses, and make confident calls under uncertainty.
- An excellent communicator, effectively aligning cross-functional teams and presenting strategy to stakeholders.
