About the role
The Product Lead, Marketing & Adoption is responsible for driving awareness, understanding, and usage of RADaR’s product suite across the MTP agency network. This role serves as the bridge between the product team and the agencies and clients who use our tools, ensuring that every product launch lands with the right materials, messaging, and enablement to drive real adoption.
Responsibilities
- MTP Intelligence Strategy & Adoption
- Own the adoption strategy and execution for RADaR’s product suite across the MTP agency network, including CPA (Campaign Performance Assistant), MMM (Media Mix Modeling), CBI (Competitive Brand Intelligence), and emerging Business Intelligence and commerce solutions.
- Develop and maintain the positioning and messaging frameworks that translate technical product capabilities into agency-relevant value propositions.
- Build and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, version releases, and feature updates — coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Track and report on adoption metrics including active users, feature usage, product migration (e.g., Tableau-to-CPA), and agency engagement across the network.
- Partner with agency leadership to align product adoption priorities with business objectives and client needs.
- Agency Enablement & Training
- Develop and deliver onboarding materials, user guides, quick-start documentation, and training content for each product.
- Plan and run agency webinars, product demos, and training sessions to drive awareness, confidence, and usage across the MTP network.
- Create and manage chat capability guides, prompt libraries, and “what can I ask?” documentation for AI-powered products.
- Support the Top 30 client engagement push by partnering with the analytics team on data discovery conversations and product-readiness assessments.
- Champion change management for new product rollouts, ensuring agencies have what they need to adopt and sustain usage.
- Product Marketing & Communication
- Serve as the primary communication layer between the product team and MTP agencies for product updates, launches, and feedback.
- Lead internal product marketing, including release communications, product one-sheeters, webinars, pitch decks, value stories, and use case documentation.
- Manage the regular cadence of product updates to agency teams — what’s new, what’s coming, and how to use it.
- Produce demo decks, walkthrough videos, case studies, and success stories as products mature and deliver results.
- Maintain a centralized library of up-to-date product marketing materials accessible to agency teams across the network.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Collect, organize, and route user feedback from agencies and beta clients back to the product team to inform roadmap priorities.
- Provide structured, prioritized input to Product and Engineering on adoption barriers, usability issues, and enhancement opportunities.
- Monitor product performance and utilization data to identify opportunities for improved adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate with UX contractors and the product team to ensure visual prototypes, mockups, and user flows reflect the product narrative accurately.
Qualifications
- Equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered.
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, or a related role — ideally in an agency, B2B, or SaaS environment.
- Prior experience working in agency, consulting, or client solutions roles is strongly preferred.
- Experience in data-driven environments, including analytics, dashboards, or AI-enabled products, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex, technical products into clear, audience-appropriate messaging and materials for both agency and client stakeholders.
- Experience planning and executing product launches, go-to-market campaigns, or adoption programs.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to run webinars, product demos, and training sessions with agency and client audiences.
- Excellent written communication skills — capable of producing one-sheeters, user guides, pitch decks, and internal announcements with distinct voice and clarity.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple product launches and workstreams simultaneously without heavy oversight.
- Strong understanding of adoption tracking, user engagement metrics, and feedback loop management.
- Proficiency with standard business and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, presentation software, project management platforms).
