Responsibilities
- Fryer Grader - Broken Stick Observation
- Fryer Grader - Post Fryer/Pre-Freezer
- Packer
- Sanitation
- Product Inspector
- Stacker
- Supply Attendant
Qualifications
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and E-verify.
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have an HS diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate with all levels including management.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have decision-making ability for flagging deviations from procedures.
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and clean-up preferred.
- Must have good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to take responsibility for results.
- Must be able to operate forklift and/or pallet jack safely.
- Must wear company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
