Stacker (General Labor) - Retail - 2nd Shift - Demopolis

Essential Functions

• Fryer Grader - Broken Stick Observation: Observe stick bar assemblies, monitor for broken sticks, count and notify when found.
• Fryer Grader - Post Fryer/Pre-Freezer: Remove B-grade product, place in condemn barrel, notify attendant when barrel is full.
• Packer: Pack frozen corndogs, visually inspect, grade product, perform other duties as assigned.
• Sanitation: Maintain housekeeping, help improve quality and food safety, perform other duties as assigned.
• Product Inspector: Inspect product for quality, notify leadership of abnormalities, perform other duties as assigned.
• Stacker: Stack cases, maintain quality and safety standards, transport with pallet jack, perform other duties as assigned.
• Supply Attendant: Maintain PPE supply room, clean and organize areas, distribute PPE, perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and E-verify.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to communicate with all levels including management.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have decision-making ability for flagging deviations from procedures.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and clean-up preferred.
• Must have good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to take responsibility for results.
• Must be able to safely operate forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Must wear company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
