Packer (General Labor) - 2nd Shift - Retail - Demopolis

Essential Functions

• Fryer Grader - Broken Stick Observation: Observe stick bar assemblies, monitor for broken sticks, count and notify about them.
• Fryer Grader - Post Fryer/Pre-Freezer: Remove B-grade product, place in condemn barrel, notify when full.
• Packer: Pack frozen corndogs, visually inspect, grade product.
• Sanitation: Maintain housekeeping, help improve quality and food safety.
• Product Inspector: Inspect product for quality, notify of abnormalities.
• Stacker: Stack cases, transport with pallet jack, safely operate.
• Supply Attendant: Maintain PPE supply room, clean areas, distribute PPE.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Pass criminal background check, drug screen, and E-verify.
• Read and write English, basic math skills, reliable transportation.
• Communicate with all levels, minimal supervision, decision-making ability, sanitation knowledge, leadership skills, safe working habits, forklift/pallet jack operation, PPE wearing.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for up to 10 hours on a wet concrete floor.
• Withstand cold (40-48 degrees) and hot (80+ degrees) environments.
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
