Packer (General Labor) - 2nd shift - Retail - Demopolis

Essential Functions

• Fryer Grader - Broken Stick Observation: Observe stick bar assemblies, monitor for broken sticks, count and notify when found.
• Fryer Grader - Post Fryer/Pre-Freezer: Remove B-grade product, place in condemn barrel, notify when full.
• Packer: Pack frozen corndogs, visually inspect, grade product, perform other duties.
• Sanitation: Maintain housekeeping, quality, and food safety, notify management of issues.
• Product Inspector: Inspect product for quality, notify leadership of abnormalities.
• Stacker: Stack cases, transport with pallet jack, maintain quality and safety standards.
• Supply Attendant: Maintain PPE supply room, clean areas, distribute PPE, notify management of inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and E-verify.
• Read and write English, basic math skills, reliable transportation.
• Able to communicate with all levels, work with minimal supervision, make decisions, and follow procedures.
• Basic sanitation and clean-up knowledge preferred.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills, safe working habits.
• Ability to operate forklift/pallet jack, wear PPE.
