Location : San Diego, CA Duration : 12 Months Total Hours/week : 40.00 1st Shift Client: Medical Device Company Job Category: Professional Services Implementation Level Of Experience: Entry Level Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens or GC Holders Only) Work hours are between 7a-7p Mon-Fri. This is a 100% overnight travel position. Some nights/weekends may be required.

Job Description

Accountabilities

- Extensive customer interaction and service - Installs Pyxis Dispensing systems at hospital customer sites - Performs upgrades to Pyxis Dispensing software and hardware - Completes training and develops basic competency in the Pyxis Med Dispensing product line - Provides basic problem solving and troubleshooting as needed for customers - Conducts customer training on the use of Pyxis Dispensing products - Establishes and maintains customer service relationships

Qualifications

- Clinical experience and/or hospital pharmacy workflow knowledge required - Pharmacy consulting experience a plus - Pyxis (MedStation) and/or automation experience a plus - Technical support experience in a hospital setting a plus - Project management focus preferred - Training and teaching experience a plus - Moderate technical skills: exposure to basic programming concepts and uses; demonstration of technical skills in working environment; working knowledge of variety of software/hardware applications and accessories; understanding of relationship between software and hardware; exposure to interface and communications technology - Knowledge of VMware, Sequel Server, and Microsoft Active Directory a plus - Ability to clearly communicate, thoroughly document, and demonstrate a fundamental ability to overcome project hurdles/timeline delays while performing basic installations - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong organization skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude - Valid driver license and at least 21 years old to meet driving requirements
