Product Experience Designer (PXD), Analyst

About the role

EAB is seeking a creative, technically minded Product Experience Designer to transform product strategy into compelling interactive experiences. This role bridges Product Management, User Experience, and Go-to-Market teams, creating high-fidelity prototypes, product demonstrations, and future-state concepts that bring EAB's technology vision to life.

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes communicating current product capabilities and future concepts
• Create narrative-driven product demonstrations for higher education challenges
• Participate in product planning, design reviews, and development ceremonies
• Possibly translate product requirements into visual experiences for discovery and commercialization
• Build and maintain reusable prototype assets using design systems
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, UX, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field
• 1–3+ years professional experience in UX design, prototyping, or related disciplines
• Experience with Figma or comparable prototyping platforms
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
• Able to quickly learn new technologies and AI-assisted tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio demonstrating interactive prototypes or UX work

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with agile development teams
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Experience with AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
• Experience creating executive presentations or customer demonstrations
• Familiarity with higher education technology or SaaS
• Understanding of design thinking and human-centered design

Compensation

Salary Range: $58,000 - $75,000 per year (base), plus discretionary bonus/commission
