Product Execution Specialist

About the role

ZING is seeking a Product Execution Specialist to support the launch of innovative packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing product launches, collaborating across departments, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage product launches from package development through production and customer delivery.
• Partner with Sales to support new business opportunities and customer onboarding.
• Cook up pre-production samples, approvals, artwork, and packaging specifications.
• Maintain production schedules and shipment milestones to ensure successful launches.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Accounting, and Creative teams.
• Provide customers with order updates, quotations, reports, pricing information, and project status.
• Proactively identify potential issues and coordinate solutions before they impact timelines.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and exceptional service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of B2B customer support, account management, project coordination, or client-facing experience.
• Experience supporting product development, product launches, or project management is strongly preferred.
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or product design environments preferred.
• Beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
