Responsibilities

• Developing and fostering relationships with customers across multiple disciplines, divisions and regions.
• Providing process change expertise and guidance for customers.
• Blueprinting work processes and designing customer-centric solutions in asset management.
• Engaging with internal stakeholders to deliver customer projects.
• Working with other business divisions to ensure that solutions are delivered sustainably, to enable long-term engagements.
• Sustaining the continuous improvement of ARMS software implementation processes.

Requirements

• Experience in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industry.
• Experience in process-level management of change.
• Good team player and good communication skills.
• Good IT acumens with ability to analyse complex data, data handling and adaptation to new systems and platforms.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Ariba etc).
