Product Engineer
About the role
Own product development end-to-end
- Take ownership of features or product areas on a 3–6 week cadence, from concept through rollout
- Translate product goals into concrete engineering plans and execution
- Partner deeply with Product & Design
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of features that directly impact customers
- Work closely with backend, data, and frontend specialists to ship high-quality products quickly
- Frame engineering work in terms of user value and business impact
- Care deeply about what you’re building, not just how
- Enjoy owning a problem end-to-end and seeing it through to customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building full-stack systems
- Experience working with data-heavy systems and production infrastructure
- Familiar with modern product stacks and tooling
- Moves fast, iterates, and isn't afraid of ambiguity
- Communicates clearly and makes tradeoffs explicit
- Raises the bar for quality while shipping continuously
- Excited to work in-person, NYC (Chelsea), 5 days/week
