Product Engineer

About the role

Build and ship full-stack product features from idea to production.

Develop data pipelines, AI/LLM integrations, agentic workflows, and customer-facing applications.

Partner directly with customers to understand pain points and translate feedback into scalable solutions.

Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain production systems.

Build intuitive user experiences and scalable backend services.

Leverage AI tools to increase development velocity while maintaining engineering excellence.

Contribute to product direction and help shape the future of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack product features from idea to production.
• Develop data pipelines, AI/LLM integrations, agentic workflows, and customer-facing applications.
• Partner directly with customers to understand pain points and translate feedback into scalable solutions.
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain production systems.
• Build intuitive user experiences and scalable backend services.
• Leverage AI tools to increase development velocity while maintaining engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Product Engineer, or Full-Stack Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience shipping products or features used by real customers (internships, startup experience, and meaningful side projects are welcomed).
• Strong full-stack development skills.
• Experience with: TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, SQL.
• Experience building AI or LLM-powered applications.
• Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience at an early-stage startup.
• Experience building B2B SaaS or ERP-adjacent products.
• Founder experience, hackathons, open-source contributions, or ambitious side projects.
• Experience gathering customer feedback and turning it into shipped product features.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern development practices.
