Product Engineer ($160k-$200k + Equity) at Radical Health

About the role

You will own the full-stack lifecycle of landing pages, onboarding flows, and retention experiments, shipping to production in your first week. Your data-driven experiments will directly impact patient outcomes by helping them access expert-level treatment recommendations and 24/7 nursing support.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire patient-facing product surface area, including landing pages, onboarding flows, and retention loops that drive user growth.
• Instrument every feature to measure impact against the active user north star, ruthlessly unshipping anything that does not move the numbers.
• Execute rapid-fire live experiments multiple times per week, utilizing AI-native workflows to optimize how cancer patients find and access expert care.

Requirements

• Proven full-stack speed with expertise in React/TypeScript and Python, capable of taking features from ideation to production to measurement independently.
• Prior experience as a founder or one of the first five hires at an early-stage startup, demonstrating a high-agency mentality and ship rate.
• Data-driven and AI-native professional who uses AI tools as their default workflow and makes objective product decisions based on rigorous instrumentation.
