About the role
Join our team as a Product Development Research Associate II. You will contribute to the development and testing of new gene therapy products. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting research and analysis on gene therapy mechanisms
- Developing and validating experimental protocols
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance
- Reporting findings and contributing to project documentation
Responsibilities
As a Research Associate II, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and executing experiments to test gene therapy hypotheses
- Collecting and analyzing data from experiments
- Preparing and presenting results to team members and stakeholders
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as biology, biochemistry, or related sciences
- At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with molecular biology techniques and laboratory equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- A master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with CRISPR/Cas9 technology
- Knowledge of gene editing principles

Pay
