Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with plastics extrusion, calendaring, converting equipment, and film-to-film lamination—preferably in flexible packaging or a related industry preferred.
- Proven ability to apply engineering principles in a production setting.
- Familiarity with roll-to-roll converting equipment, web handling, and industrial printing processes preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of process engineering experience, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to apply engineering principles in a production setting preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification preferred.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with: Plastics extrusion and calendaring processes, Roll-to-roll converting and web handling systems, Film-to-film lamination and industrial printing processes, Process mapping tools (e.g., MS Visio), Equipment layout/design software (e.g., AutoCAD), ERP systems such as SAP.

Pay
Salary Range: $67,000 - $70,000; relocation package available.
Schedule
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break.
